Today was my first visit, and I am very pleased with the entire staff. The main doctor—whose name I didn’t catch—walked me through everything I needed to do today and at my next visit. Before that, she took her time with me and asked about my dental history and the reason for my visit. She stayed with me until I was ready to proceed with the cleaning. To help ease my nerves, she had the manager go over the costs for today’s visit and the next one. My hygienist was amazing, especially since I’m not the easiest patient when it comes to cleanings.
